VENDOR APPLICATION REVIEW & COMMUNICATION TIMELINE:
DECEMBER 1, 2025 - FEBRUARY 1, 2026: Vendor applications are accepted. Payment is due at the time of application.
FEBRUARY 2, 2026 - FEBRUARY 12, 2026: Vendor applications will be reviewed and considered for acceptance to participate. (Meeting for Vendor placement)
FEBRUARY 13, 2026: Vendors will be notified of acceptance or waitlist status via email. If you are placed on the waitlist, you will receive e-mail correspondence that includes two options:
- Option 1: You may choose to remain on our waitlist with the following terms:
- Your payment will be securely held in full, ensuring priority placement if a spot becomes available.
- Waitlist status will be reviewed at the one-month mark and monthly thereafter, with updates provided as applicable.
- If an opening becomes available, you will be notified immediately and advanced unless you advise otherwise.
- You may request removal and a full refund at any time.
- Option 2: You may choose to withdraw from the waitlist and receive a full refund immediately with the following terms:
- Your payment will be returned in full using the original method of payment.
- Your waitlist position will be released, and no further review will occur unless you reapply.
MARCH 11, 2026: All waitlisted vendors who remain unplaced will be automatically refunded in full.
MARCH 15, 2026: Vendor Packets will be available online with detailed guidelines and event information.
APRIL 11, 2026: Aspasians Marketplace 8:30AM - 3:30PM at Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium in Rockwall, TX
