2026 SPRING ASPASIANS MARKETPLACE - VENDOR APPLICATION OPEN SOON


VENDOR REVIEW & COMMUNICATION TIMELINE:

DECEMBER 1, 2025 - FEBRUARY 1, 2026: Vendor applications are accepted. Payment is due at the time of application.

FEBRUARY 2, 2026 - FEBRUARY 12, 2026: Vendor applications will be reviewed and considered for acceptance to participate. (Meeting for Vendor placement)

FEBRUARY 13, 2026Vendors will be notified of acceptance or waitlist status via email. If you are placed on the waitlist, you will receive e-mail correspondence that includes two options: 

  • Option 1: You may choose to remain on our waitlist with the following terms:
    • Your payment will be securely held in full, ensuring priority placement if a spot becomes available.
    • Waitlist status will be reviewed at the one-month mark and monthly thereafter, with updates provided as applicable.
    • If an opening becomes available, you will be notified immediately and advanced unless you advise otherwise.
    • You may request removal and a full refund at any time.
  • Option 2: You may choose to withdraw from the waitlist and receive a full refund immediately with the following terms:
    • Your payment will be returned in full using the original method of payment.
    • Your waitlist position will be released, and no further review will occur unless you reapply. 

MARCH 11, 2026: All waitlisted vendors who remain unplaced will be automatically refunded in full.

MARCH 15, 2026: Vendor Packets will be available online with detailed guidelines and event information.

 

APRIL 11, 2026:  Aspasians Marketplace 8:30AM - 3:30PM at Wilkerson-Sanders Memorial Stadium in Rockwall, TX
